Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Times We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery times are:
- United States: 7–15 business days
- International: 14–30 business days
Delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or high-demand periods.
Shipping Costs
- Free shipping on orders $100 and over
- Standard shipping rates apply to orders under $100 and are calculated at checkout
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking information to update.
Customs & Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees and import duties, which are the responsibility of the customer. Charmed by Charlie is not responsible for delays due to customs.
